Our Private Stock FT23 is decked out in a black gloss handle with a natural gloss barrel. It's accented in black logos and cut from the finest hand split maple wood available. Cupped and comes in -3 weight.
The FT23, is a modern profile used by hitters of every style, is the perfectly balanced baseball bat. It boasts a medium barrel as well as a long, gradually tapered handle that transitions into a flared knob. The FT23 uses a dense piece of wood, making it one of our most durable bats.
All of our private stock bats are put through our patent pending "Juicer", which compresses and burnishes the wood. This creates a more game ready and durable product.
Paint lays a solid, opaque cover over the grains of the bat.
Dyes
Dyes allow for the grains of the bat to still be seen through the color applied.
Finish
Gloss finish leaves a shiny, glass-like appearance.

Engraving Color
Choose an engraving color to make your customized text “pop” and stand out.
If "raw finish" is chosen for the barrel color, the engraving text cannot be colorized because the raw wood will absorb the paint.
Species
Birch acts as a hybrid species that offers the flex of Ash and the hardness of Maple. It hardens with use and is known for its longevity.
Maple is rock hard and offers little to no flex on contact. Larger model bats and big weight drops are not recommended due to the likeliness of breaking.
Cup
A cup is a hollowed out section at the very end of the barrel that removes weight and helps distribute more balance throughout the bat without sacrificing the overall strength.
Weight
Weight is the number of ounces of your new bat and is the “plus, minus” relationship when referring to the length. A 33” bat that weighs 30 oz. would be considered a “minus/drop 3”.
