Birdman Bats — 30-Day Warranty

Every Birdman bat is CNC-turned, hand-inspected, and finished to the highest standards. Wood is a natural material, though, and even the best billet can hide a defect that only shows up once the bat's in play. That's what this warranty is for.

Coverage

Birdman Bats provides a one-time replacement within 30 days of delivery for wood bats that fail due to a manufacturing defect — not from a mishit. Every claim is reviewed individually, and Birdman Bats reserves sole discretion in determining whether a break qualifies as a covered defect.

Not Covered

• Mishits — contact made outside the sweet spot, on the label/wrong grain orientation, or near the handle/taper from a mishit
• Bats hit with anything other than a regulation leather-covered baseball (cage balls, dimpled balls, weighted balls, etc.)
• Bats used in temperatures below 60°F (cold makes the ball harder and increases breakage risk)
• Bats that have been altered, sanded, re-finished, or modified after delivery
• Normal wear: minor surface scuffing, ball marks, or handle wear from grip
• Bats purchased through unauthorized/third-party resellers
• Second or subsequent breaks on a replacement bat (a replacement does not restart a new warranty period)
