BM271Y - is a safe choice for any youth hitter. Just like it's big brother, the BM271, it rocks a medium barrel as well as a long, gradually tapered handle that transitions into a flared knob. Due to it's balanced nature, it always feels "swingable" for the youngsters. The BM271Y typically weighs in around -8/-9.
BXTRK - (pronounced "box truck") is the kids version of our popular TRKSTP model. It features our special "Bomb Knob" and is ready for action. Due to it's balanced nature and pronounced knob, the BXTRK never feels too heavy for young hitters.
BM318Y - is modeled after it's big brother, the ever-popular BM318, making it the most end loaded of our youth bats. It offers kids a big barrel, medium handle and a traditional knob. The BM318Y typically weighs in around -5/6.
OZZY - We're now offering a youth version of our OZZ1 bat, it features all the same tapers and style, but is shaped for young hitters. It features a large barrel and a mild taper in the handle. In birch it comes in -8 and in maple -5.
*We recommend that you order the same length that your little slugger would use with a metal baseball bat.
Paint lays a solid, opaque cover over the grains of the bat.
Dyes allow for the grains of the bat to still be seen through the color applied.

Choose an engraving color to make your customized text “pop” and stand out.
If "raw finish" is chosen for the barrel color, the engraving text cannot be colorized because the raw wood will absorb the paint.
Birch acts as a hybrid species that offers the flex of Ash and the hardness of Maple. It hardens with use and is known for its longevity.
Maple is rock hard and offers little to no flex on contact. Larger model bats and big weight drops are not recommended due to the likeliness of breaking.
A cup is a hollowed out section at the very end of the barrel that removes weight and helps distribute more balance throughout the bat without sacrificing the overall strength.
Weight is the number of ounces of your new bat and is the “plus, minus” relationship when referring to the length. A 33” bat that weighs 30 oz. would be considered a “minus/drop 3”.
